Well, I drove by the gas station today and the price was $3.05 for regular. Since my car only gets 10 mpg this is killing me.
I think it is time to start riding my bike to work. I only have a 6 mile roundtrip commute, and 1 way is downhill, unfortunately, the way home is mostly uphill.
But I figure not only will I save money and save the environment, but I will lose the 15 pounds I would like to lose, and be in better shape. I can't start tommorrow though, because I have to deliver 225 newsletters to the Post Office for bulk mailing. I don't think I would be able to do that on my bike! LOL
My goal is to start riding my bike to work on Tuesday, September 6th. Hopefully, I will not get run over. Wish me luck!

Take care riding your bike to work. There's lots of idiot drivers out there.
It's 9 miles for me to get to work now. Our pickup gets 24 miles to the gallon. My little Sprint gets 40 miles to the gallon but it need some TLC right now.
